My account can't start a thread on TRON Dao forum

My account gained 'basic' status on TRON Dao forum. It says I have privilege to start a thread. However, I can't find 'start discussion' button and there's no way to start any thread.

    I will have the forum super admin check your case.

    https://forum.trondao.org/c/tron-hackathon/5 This is the Hackathon board.

    1. At the top there is a subcategory selection. You will want to select "Hackathon Season 6"
    2. There is also a Tag section. You will want to select your "Track"
    3. You will want to then press the "New Topic" button.

    When you do so, a template will be auto-generated and you must fill it out and post.
